Enjoy a free one-hour workout session at this beautiful Bayfront location. Trainers Onaisis Spinosi and Melissa Hunsberger lead the class which provides comprehensive circuit training that includes:
- Stretching and warm-up with arm, neck and shoulder circles, leg swings, high knees, lateral lung, lunge walks and side bends
- Circuit exercises feature jumping jacks, tricep kick-back with band, low side-step squat, plank, mountain climbers, crab walk with five leg lifts, push up and lunge with bicep curls using bands.
