Bikram Yoga can be practiced under the guidance of a certified Bikram Yoga Teacher at an affiliated Bikram Yoga studio. These studios are built in such a way that you always get the proper heating (104F) which help you to do your postures optimally.

Bikram Yoga is not just yoga performed under warm conditions, it involves a specific order of poses as well as an exact environment. Our 105F degree weather allows for you to become more flexible – the heat promotes your body’s flexibility. The heat also rids your body of the toxins in possesses through your profuse sweating.

Bikram Brickell is located in the heart of Miami’s beautiful Brickell. Surrounded by the amazing city, scenery, and people it is hard not to fall in love with the Bikram experience.

This studio has been designed by Nacho García Vinuesa, one of Spain’s and Miami most respected interior designers, so that when you step inside you are blown away from by the sophisticated and luxurious ambiance. The studio was designed with one goal in mind: creating a comfortable environment that will make the students feel as if they are not in a Yoga studio, but in their own home. The studio has been constructed by MG General Trades Inc.

One of the many characteristics that sets Bikram Brickell apart from other yoga studios is that it houses private dressing rooms, as well as private showers. We provide our students with 5 private showers for women, and 3 for men. Besides the added privacy and aura of decadence that surrounds Bikram Brickell, we also possess another edge – we are the only studio in Miami with instructors teaching in spanish.
