When in Downtown Miami, do as Downtowners do! It's the neon Orange rising atop the InterContinental Hotel that marks the New Year!
Every great City has it's own icon, a symbol for all to look at as we countdown to the New Year. Miami's Icon resides right here in Downtown Miami and it is a bright neon orange. Each year thousands gather at Bayfront Park where there are live concerts and entertainment leading up to our orange slowly ascending the side of the Hotel InterContinental Miami followed by a grand display of fireworks.
