Downtown Miami Partnership
A pragmatic entity directly representing the City of Miami voters and taxpayers.
 Downtown Miami Partnership, Inc. was founded in 1977 as the Downtown Miami Business Association, this group later merged with Downtown Miami Inc., an organization of Downtown property owners, to formally establish Downtown Miami Partnership (DMP).
DMP is a non-profit community based organization representing Downtown property owners, professionals, retailers, bankers, hoteliers, office personnel and taxpapers in general, who are seriously concerned with improving the business climate and quality of life in the Downtown area.
Among the Downtown Miami Parntership’s focus is to offer unique events to promote Miami’s historic downtown and surrounding urban hub to residents and visitors alike. Through activities such as Flagler Fest—where participants can explore Downtown Miami—the Downtown Miami Partnership promotes further awareness of Downtown Miami, thus enhancing the destination’s overall reputation, with the goal of creating a place where both residents and visitors will want to live, work, shop and play. Every 2nd Wednesday at 8:30amLocation alternates between DMP and DDA Offices Please call 305-379-7070 The Quality of Life Meetings provide Downtown Miami Stakeholders with an opportunity to discuss issues impacting the overall quality of life in Downtown Miami. Miami Dade Transit, Net Administration, and Police are among themany key service providers which regulary attend The Quality of Life Meetings. This is a great forum for people interested in issues affecting the overall quality of life.
