Toyota Sienna vs. Dodge Grand Caravan Minivan Conversion
Minivans are versatile and popular methods of transporting passengers and cargo, adaptable for many purposes. But with so many models on the market, which minivan conversion will suit your needs best? Two popular and high-ranking models to consider are the Toyota Sienna and Dodge Grand Caravan. Let’s look at these two minivans and their conversion options, so you can decide which van is the best fit for your needs.

Passenger Comfort
Both the Toyota Sienna and Dodge Grand Caravan minivan conversion can accommodate seven passengers with comfortable seating. The Toyota Sienna has extra head and leg room in all rows, but the Dodge Grand Caravan has a slight edge with a bit extra leg room in the front row.

Cargo Space
The Toyota Sienna allows for 39.1 cubic feet of cargo space behind the last row, while the Dodge Grand Caravan gets about 33 cubic feet. Both are great options for transporting passengers with plenty of room for luggage.

Safety Features
The Toyota Sienna features a backup camera as standard and the Toyota Safety Sense™ package will become a standard feature in all 2018 minivans. The Dodge Grand Caravan offers the Parkview® Rear Backup Camera on higher trims, but will become a standard feature in all 2018 models. Also, both minivans meet or exceed federal safety requirements with six airbags, standard child door locks, and anti-lock brakes that perform well even under heavy use.

Other Standard Features
The Toyota Sienna minivan conversion features all-wheel drive, three-zone automatic climate control, a USB port, Bluetooth, remote keyless entry, folding rear seats, and three 12-volt outlets.
The Grand Caravan conversion van also features remote keyless entry and power outlets.

Conversion Van Options
There are some mobility conversion options that can only be found from select dealers. For instance, FR Conversions offers ADA-compliant wheelchair accessibility with wide, rear entry access, spring-assisted ramps, and a choice of short and long cut conversions on its minivan conversions. Each conversion is equipped with a Q'straint securement system, commercial grade flooring, and a quiet exhaust system.
